Ben 10 Ultimatrix
The Ben 10 cartoon series have been airing in the United States for quite some time now. However, the other countries of the world have yet to catch up with the alien morphing phenomenon. Since its airing in the UK, it has gathered quite a following. And now, come Christmas 2010, the fans will be given a treat via the Ben 10 Ultimatrix.
Core of the Series
Ben’s Omnitrix watch is the center of the whole TV series. It is this curious wrist watch that brings all the powerful aliens come to life. In keeping with the tradition of the popular cartoon series, Ben 10 toys have come up with different versions of this device. Along with this new toy come the alien figures that extend the initial fun brought by wearing Ben’s main device.
New Omnitrix Versions
To spice up the deal, there are several new versions of the Omnitrix toy to choose from. Here are some of your new Omnitrix shopping options. First off is the Vuescope Ultimatrix. Next is the Omnitrix Bi-Optix followed by the long time favorite Legacy Omnitrix, which is recommended for older boys. Finally, you may also want to consider getting the Disc Alien Ultimatrix. It is best that you suit the type of Ben 10 to your child’s interests.
Differentiating the Two Ben 10 Ultimatrix Versions
It will be pretty easy to get confused by the two Ben 10 Ultimatrix versions especially if you’re not familiar with the popular TV series. Those who have tried them would naturally prefer one over the other. It basically just depends on what your kids will naturally prefer. These new toys will appeal to different children.
Disc Alien Ultimatrix
The Disc Alien Ultimatrix is a lot more realistic compared to the other new Ultimatrix. With this new Ben 10 toy, your boys get to pop their chosen alien into the wrist watch and then activate it to reveal its 3D image. If that isn’t quite a treat, then your kids will also love the actual character sounds of the said aliens the chose. Of course, it also comes with a 10 cm tall alien figure that your boys can play with.
Vuescope Ultimatrix
The Vuescope Ultimatrix will also hit the stores along with the other Ben 10 Ultimatrix. This is the simpler version of the two pieces of Ben 10 alien hardware. The name of this toy is derived from the viewing cones you latch onto the top of the toy in order to view your chosen aliens. Each cone of the Vuescope Ultimatrix contains six alien figures. To view them you will have to twist the viewing cones to project the light.
Whether you prefer one Ben 10 Ultimatrix over the other is all up to you or your child. Take note that other Ben 10 toys will also become hot come Christmas 2010.
